AV = Audio Visual
AWOL = Absent With Out Leave

UV = Ultraviolet (also used to refer to things that glow under UV light)

VAT = Value Added Tax (UK sales tax)
VHS = Video Home System (a format for recording video on to tape)
VJ = Video Jockey (like DJ but with images not music)
WiFi = Wireless Fidelity
WJF = World Juggling Federation
