A large show for the entire attendance of BJC, often over 1000 people.

The name is a bit of a misnomer as there are rarely many members of the public there.

The Public show often takes place off-site in a large theatre.

The Public show is a vital and very expensive part of BJC. it can cost around £14000 to host. This cost is split between hire of venue, hire of any sound/lighting requirements, buses to the venue, booking the acts, covering the act's travel costs and accommodation costs.

The cost is so high it often comes to between 24% and 30% of the entire budget of a BJC.

for the past 6 yrs the show has been produced by either Andy Vass or Sam Vines
