Budget and cost
some detailed costings have been given.
i have tried to stick to the rule of. companies have to keep detailed accounts for 6 yrs.
So i feel no problem in giving details of costs and incomes from events over 6 yrs ago, or cost and details from events i have personally been involved in.

Nottingham 2007 isn't 6 years ago.
They costings do create quite long blocks of text/list at the bottom of the page which might not interest everyone. Maybe a link to a page with costings from each Convention's history page might be neater.
Could we round off incomplete costings to the nearest £1 or £5?
Why is this talk here not in the "BJC history template" talk?
