The JugConOrg Yahoo Group. Lots of organisers of previous conventions read this list: if you need help or have questions about running a convention, this is a good place to ask.
The team from BJC 2007 have a website about BJC.
The BJC 2007 team also have a wiki about running a one-day convention.
Finally, there's also a private wiki containing info on running a BJC; for this you'll need to ask the BJC 2007 team for access.
The 2008 BJC team have debated at length the folly of having two wikis for the same thing; but the 2007 BJC people believe strongly in keeping the information private, and the 2008 BJC team believe equally strongly in making their information public, so they have agreed to disagree.
