A scary part of BJC.
Don't be surprised to see some massive numbers being spent on thing, often more than you have ever seen before.
examples:
Public show ......... £14000
merchandise .......... £6000
Security ................ £4000
Big top .................. £4000
marquees .............. £5000
Passes ................. £1000
site costs .............. £3000
venue .................... £5000
It all adds up to a massive amount of money.
Don't worry, if you are prudent, ask a lot of questions, and negotiate every quote, you can be safe and not make a loss.
General advice is to budget on around 650 jugglers attending.
