The running of the site as a small town.
Building and controlling security fencing, water supplies, power, sanitation, any big tops and marquees, heating.
Liaising with local authorities on legislated site safety, fire engine and ambulance access.
Quite a large task that requires a lot of volunteer help during the erection and dismantling stages but a smaller more dedicated couple only during the event.
