The running of the site as a small town.

Building and controlling security fencing, water supplies, power, sanitation, any big tops and marquees, heating.

Liaising with local authorities on legislated site safety, fire engine and ambulance access.

Quite a large task that requires a lot of volunteer help during the erection and dismantling stages but a smaller more dedicated couple only during the event.

Site management can be split quite neatly into 3 separate areas of work;

Site build

Site running

Site down

There are also some clear areas that require attention;

Fences

Power supply

Site Safety

Security

Big top

Marquees
