Huge wholesalers. If you need 1000 bin bags, 500 bottles of water or even just a LOAD of gaffa tape, then your local Costco will save you a packet.
You need to pay for membership (which may well pay for itself). To become a member you need some evidence that you are running a company. You get a single photo ID card, so ideally the membership needs to go to someone with a vehicle who will be available for shopping runs during the event. Or you could find someone who is already a member. Mini Mansell has an up to date Costco card.
