A business meeting is traditionally held on the last day of a BJC. The meeting is open to all BJC attendees, and is where the orgs will tell you if the event made a profit/loss, estimates of numbers, and any other information they wish to impart.

It's also where any potential future teams will make themselves known, and make a presentation of their bids. A vote will then take place to decide where a future BJC will be (assuming there is a choice of proposals).

Feedback can also take place, hopefully in a constructive manner.
